About our perfumes

Our perfumes are not original; they are inspired by world-famous brands. This means we offer fragrances that are very similar to luxury perfumes, but at a more affordable price.

No. Our perfumes are not counterfeit because we do not use protected names, logos, or packaging. They are independent products inspired by the scent profiles of well-known perfumes.

Brand names are used solely to help customers understand which original perfume a specific fragrance is inspired by.

Our perfumes are produced in the EU, in accordance with European regulations, and registered in the CPNP database. This ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

Our perfumes are made as Eau de Parfum (EDP), which makes them long-lasting. They typically last 6 to 12 hours on the skin, depending on skin type, season, and application.

The main difference lies in price and packaging. Original perfumes include brand costs, luxury packaging, and advertising. Our perfumes offer a similar scent but at a much lower price because we do not have these additional costs.

Yes. We offer 2 ml testers starting from €1.50, allowing you to try the perfume before choosing a larger bottle.

Yes, we also offer laundry perfume testers, making it easier for you to choose your favorite scent.

Orders & Delivery

For domestic orders, packages usually arrive within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before noon are typically shipped the same day.
During peak periods (sales, holidays), delivery may be extended by 1 day, but we always ensure that orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country:
• Slovenia: €3.90 | Free shipping on orders over €35
• Croatia: €3.99 | Free shipping over €50
• Austria & Germany: €6.90 | Free shipping over €70
• Italy: €6.90 | Free shipping over €70
• Hungary: 1,700 HUF (≈ €4.50) | Free shipping over 20,000 HUF

Yes. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

The shipping cost is the same as for perfumes. Free shipping applies above the free-shipping threshold for your country; below that amount, standard shipping fees apply.

Yes, cash on delivery is available in selected countries and is one of the preferred payment methods among our customers.

Returns

If you receive a damaged product (for example a damaged bottle, spilled perfume, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible at info@amour.si.
To help us resolve the situation properly, please send us photos showing:
• the shipping label on the package,
• the damage to the product,
• the inside of the package (including protective material),
• the complete packaging as you received it.
Based on this evidence, we will send you a new perfume at no additional cost.

According to consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the product without giving a reason.
However, this applies only to products that are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
For cosmetic products and certain other items (e.g., makeup, creams, hair products, earrings — hereinafter “special products”), returns are not possible once the packaging has been opened for health and hygiene reasons.
If the packaging has been opened, damaged, or the product has been used, you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act.
‘Special products’ that cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons include: makeup, creams, perfumes, hair products, earrings, laundry fragrances, scented candles.
If the seal has been broken or the product has been used, returns are not possible. In some cases, we will assess the situation based on the condition of the packaging and the product.

Despite the 14-day return right, under Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act, withdrawal from the contract is not possible in the following cases:
• for goods made according to the consumer’s exact instructions or personalized to their needs,
• for goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life,
• for sealed audio or video recordings and computer software if the safety seal has been opened after delivery,
• for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the consumer has opened the safety seal after delivery.

Ambassadors & Influencers

Yes. We collaborate with influencers, content creators, and ambassadors who share our values and passion for fragrances.

Not necessarily. We value micro-influencers and smaller creators as well, as long as they are authentic and have an engaged community.

Our ambassadors receive:
• a unique discount code through which they can earn a commission from sales,
• regular packages with our perfumes and new releases,
• the opportunity for long-term collaboration and special rewards for a high number of successful referrals.

Where can I buy your perfumes in a physical store?

Our perfumes are available in Koper (Plante Koper), Murska Sobota (BTC City), Ljubljana (TUŠ Center BTC), and Maribor (Mercator Tabor II). We publish updates about new locations on our website and social media.

Yes, we also offer laundry perfumes, diffusers, and scented candles.
